Condemnation

Condemnations is an original storyline, Played-By using RPG, taking place in a current-day timeline with a small twist!

→ The year was 2009. The day was January 20th. A new President was being sworn in. A half an hour after he was inaugurated, technology began to fail. Television sets showed static, and an electromagnetic pulse was sent out, unexpectedly disabling all technology. No one knows if it was terrorism, Y2K a few years too late — all that anyone knows is the aftermath.

→ In a remote location, there was a virus being carefully handled. As the pulse fanned out, failsafe mechanisms were effectively disabled. Thusly, the virus was released. An airborne infection, it lasted for only twenty-four hours; however, it cut a swath across the world. At first it appeared to have killed its victims, but the next day revealed something entirely different.

→ January 21st, 2009: Life as everyone knew it, began to come undone.
